    @aldebaran, l’intesita’ e’ di Frederick Loewe autore delle musiche di My Fair Lady da cui e’ tratta questa canzone :-)

    @rabab, a dire il vero come dicevo ad aldebaran e’ tratta da my fair lady e poiche’ e’ stata piu’ spesso interpretata da donne spesso e’ stata resa in i’ve grown accustomed to his face. Tra le versioni (poche) recenti e’ bella quella di Brad Mehldau, e quella vocale di Cassandra Wilson. Davvero questo musical e’ una miniera di melodie meravigliose, da On the street where you live, i coud have danced all night. Trovo sia una canzone d’amore molto bella, sia nelle liriche che nell’armonia, e riflette davvero il monologo interiore di Higgins rispetto al sentimento per Eliza.
